The Fund Manager is exempt from the obligation to obtain a license and is registered with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Stichting Autoriteit financiële markten) ("AFM") under the so-called de minimis regime (uitgezonderde beheerder). The Fund Manager is therefore not under the supervision of the AFM or De Nederlandsche Bank and has no obligation to issue a prospectus.
